Guide des tailles et coupe

Every body is different. You deserve gymwear that makes you feel strong, feminine and totally comfortable 💗

Size charts give you a first idea. Mia helps you find the right size for the fit you want.

1. Just tell Mia which item or collection you'd like size advice for.

2. Then share at least two things about yourself:

  • Your usual clothing size

  • Your height

  • Your weight

  • Your preferred fit: for example, snug or a little looser

That way, she can give you more tailored advice.
