We want you to enjoy your PeachyPassion 🍑 pieces for a long time.

Defective on arrival

If an item already has a defect or flaw when it arrives, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Once we've checked it, you'll get a free replacement if the defect is confirmed.

Defect within 3 months

If a defect shows up within 3 months of receipt, you can report it to us as well. We'll check the defect and, if your claim is approved, send you a free replacement.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, excessive wear, improper handling or not following the care instructions is not covered.

Report a defect

Please send your request to support@peachypassion.ch and attach a photo that clearly shows the defect.

LASTCHANCE items

LASTCHANCE items are heavily discounted leftover stock from limited collections. Since these items won't be produced again, replacing them with the same item may not be possible.

Defects on LASTCHANCE items can also be reported within 14 days of receipt, and we'll check them.
